Tasty Seafood Lunch on the Beach in Los Cabos

In May 2023, I traveled with my family and boyfriend to Los Cabos, Mexico to attend a wedding. We spent a total of 6 days visiting different resorts, sightseeing, and eating Mexican food. On the 3rd day, we ate a tasty seafood lunch at The Office. Following our lunch, we strolled along the beach.
Lunch at The Office
We woke up and went to The Office restaurant in Cabo San Lucas, which is a seafood restaurant at the beach. When we walked in, we asked the front desk for a table for 6 and had to wait 5 minutes for them to set up the table.
While waiting, we took pictures of the restaurant, which was adorned with stars hanging from the ceiling, assortment of tequila bottles lined both walls, and multi-colored streamers.
The hostess provided us with a beachside table and an additional umbrella to ensure that everyone had seating in the shade. We ordered drinks for the table – 2 bottles of water ($7.5 each) and 2 Mexican coffees ($12 each). Then, the waiter took our food order, which was tortilla soup ($10) deep fried red snapper (2 kg for $91), coconut shrimp ($45), Baja burrito ($20).
Everything was delicious. My boyfriend who ordered the Baja burrito said it had a great flavor but wished it had more than just shredded beef and peppers. The red snapper came with tortillas, Mexican rice, beans, tomato salsa and green salsa. It provided a comfortable meal for four people – myself, my brother, his girlfriend, and our mother.
Even though we were seated in the middle of the beach area, we were content not to be situated any closer, as vendors consistently approached, attempting to sell jewelry and souvenirs to everyone.
Beach Walk
Following our lunch, we strolled along the beach, utilizing an access point located near The Office. It was nice to walk on the sand and touch the cold water with our feet. There were a lot of people selling boat tours, or jet skis on the beach. After the beach, we went back to get changed for the boat party.
